Urban Warfare Vest drops gone now, too?

A very good friend of mine and I have not been able to get any Urban Warfare Vests to drop today.

Is anyone else having any luck with them or are they gone now, too?

I got one this morning. I didn't get one in my 4 attempts on it right now but they're still there...just keep hitting it. 1 per 1000 energy they average, and this can deviate all the way up to 1 in 4000 :/

Still there (though I maxed out) however as a phd in farming them I can tell you there drop rate is effected during crate events

I didn't realize that; I never noticed the difference during the events before. Thanks for letting me know! :)

I've gotten 8 today and don't notice any change with the event. I've had vests pop with chests a few times.

Yeah, I haven't notice much change either. I don't farm them as much lately. I've been working on my Empire City Buses more. I still go and get about 3-5 a day though using the old M4-A1 tactic. I get about 1:3 at the worst.
