New maps?

Little Havana and Nightlife District missions now available but the levels aren't. Anyone know of this?

yep it popped up in goals when i completed united nations on the map maybe that was the trigger. Either they havent made the map for it yet or you have to be a certain level to access it. At this point it is just another funknown.
