Hey all,

You asked for it, so let's give round two a shot! Here's the deal, I will host another AMA (Ask Me Anything) thread if you'll go follow our new Kingdom Age Twitter feed (https://twitter.com/Kingdom_Age), I'll host an AMA this weekend and onwards. Here is the breakdown:

500 followers, AMA from Sat-Sun.
750 followers, AMA from Sat-Mon.
1,000 followers, AMA from Fri-Mon.
1,000+ followers, AMA until you all run out of questions or the thread hits 50 pages.

Yes, interacting with the forums is a part of my new role. You may have noticed the 1,000+ posts I've made on the forums, dozens (possibly hundreds) of which were done after I became the CM. "Make an AMA" is not a required part of my job, but is a fun extra I like to do for the players because they enjoyed it.

How about you don't tell me how to do my job, and I'll keep on truckin' and providing what content I can? Thanks!

He's just asking us for a bit of help here. And in return he'll do an AMA. The last one was the best interaction between Funzio and the community ever. And Mark did it in his free time. He didn't get paid for it.

Because I have some challenging questions that do not require the disclosure of any confidential or privileged information, but will be brutally blunt and straightforward.

Eh, my previous statement was unfair of me.

Look, it's like this. I answer what questions I can all day, every day. There are some questions I can't for whatever reason. The AMA threads are just consolidated places for people to come in and ask anything, even stuff that doesn't pertain to the games. It's a fun event, and the last time it went on everyone had a good time.

I'm not going to stop doing what I already do just to drum up some followers on Twitter or FB. I'm promoting these social media pages because we finally have the go-ahead to start doing some really fun stuff with them, and I wanted to involved everyone on the forums because you all are our real dedicated community.

In a couple of weeks we're going to start giving out prizes, posting up content, doing previews, all sorts of stuff. This is your chance to get in on the ground floor. Or you can not, it's all cool. What isn't cool is this passive-aggressive nonsense. I'm here to help you out in whatever ways I can, if you want to push me away, that just means you lose out.

This is actually a good point. They set the minimum goal to 500 and very few us cared to do it. It would be nice to get some sort of thank you gift for trying.

Are there really 500 folks on this Forum. It seems like 12 (including some that are clones). Maybe there are a lot of lurkers? Too bad it didn't seem to get off the ground. With all of the whining I have been reading I'd think the turnout would be better. Maybe everyone else has mastered the game and so they have no questions?
