As the title says I paid for some gold yesterday but it has not credited my account but has taken the money.

Does anyone know how I view my purchase history so I can get in touch with funzio?

Send in a support ticket to GREE or use the online support system with itunes.

itunes store >log in > account on quick links menu> then should say purchase history about mid page and you click 'see all' next to it

through the pc. not sure about an ipad i dont have one. from the itunes store when you open itunes on pc

Yes, that's through the pc for the purchase history. Correct for where it's located on your account page as well. 3rd section down on the page.

Apple ID Summary
iTunes in the Cloud
Purchase History > See All (clickable link which takes you to your history)


You should also get an e-mail receipt sent from iTunes for the transaction to the e-mail you have on file with iTunes. You can then forward that e-mail which shows your order number to Gree/Funzio support and let them know you haven't received the gold on your game for the purchase.

Mine emails me once I make a purchase for apps or Ingame purchases or anything iTunes

The e-mails aren't really valid receipts, since the dates on them are wrong. Going into your Purchase History is really the best way.

It took me 10 days to get mine credited when I had the same issue. (I think you had a name change ticket in at the same time)

I think you are in for a long wait my friend.

Mine was in the middle of an event. I dont think you will get yours back until after the event. I got mine credited back to my account about 2 hours after the event ended.

Sez made a comment that he had a similar thing happen to him. And with in 30 mins of the vent ending he got his gold credited.
