What to sell for my Nightclub? Hmmm

There's been a lot of crap threads full of complaints and seldom ones I find worth clicking. I know this is probably not THAT interesting of a question, but hey, there's a pic too(:

So, I am approaching 30m saved for my NC and am wondering what cheap lvl 1 buildings I have (just built to fill in space for time being). Here's the corner of my hood that includes all of my lvl 1 buildings within the screenshot:

2 gun shops (far left)
2 tattoos (next to lofts and hidden LM's from pine trees)
1 deli (in btwn diners)
2 diners
2 gas stations

My question is, what should I sell to make room for my 8x8 NC that I will be building relatively soon?

That works for me, but you probably only need to sell the dinners and gas stations and then do some rearranging to fit the NC

its 100k to expand. i don't think its worth it then to sell a couple of these tiny lvl 1 buildings.

While 100k isn't much, looking at your econ, your call. Sell them off, but you just waste the money they make, plus the time and money put into them already.

I guess it depends on your goals. If your bent on not expanding and packing your space with the best bldgs, drop them, but if you plan to expand and add more bldgs, keep them as long as you can.

When I started I took the advice from Tramp Stamp, keep them, upgrade to around lvl 4 or5, then move to the next one. My econ went up ile 40-60% in 2 months. Of course at some point you hit that wall and need to drop the little bldgs out for better ones.

Sell the gun shops and the pawn shops... Then move the barber shops to where the pawn shops were and then you have enough room for a nightclub... Congrats Dreno! I would not have enough patience to stay at level 9 for that long. Keep up the good work

Or you could hack the game like enahs and not have to worry about any of this. That's always an option too.

Don't want to offend you bro, I'm really sorry for saying that.

A 100k expansion for a guy with 80k is almost like free,
a non camper's healthy ratio for expasion/iph is around 24 which is a day's saving.

About the building selling
Lvl 1 gun shop has 7 income per hour
Lvl 1 gas station has 10
Lvl 1 tattoo palor has 11
Lvl 1 Dinner is 18
Look at those poor crap all over there, literally suit yourself, man. 10/80000=0.0125%
There is no point in deciding which one to sell if you are going to put down a 32000 income per hour building!

Just put your NC in the left corner. Delete those buildings and you will have enough space to build it. I would recommend an expension though.
