Weird, my first boss is still level 45. Where I left off on the last event.

Mine started out with the new guy, at lvl 31 where I finished last event. I went out of game, came back in again & it was the old boss instead, warlord shamba. Just went out/in again & it's back to the general again. Nice game glitch.

Currently this is a total waste of time and now have to remember to avoid hitting a paying situation to avoide losing cash when it triggers. Same units as previously too.

Also as for you guys same level as previously BUT his strength has nearly doubled. 100,000 points took him down by approx 2%, making him a 5,000,000 point takedown (was around 3,000,000 last time). Can't be bothered even thinking about the Gold it would take to get to the final prize (which I didn't even see?). Be far better off taking a chance with the limited edition unit top prize (and it would work out cheaper based on what I see).

Good luck to all who are having a go, though I feel this current release has "issues".

I know I hit him 4 times with the free option and did 32k each time too 128k damage and the bar barely moved, with that I can calculate that he has over 3 Million life points, FORGET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think the higher your level the harder the boss is. I never got past Boss 19 last time and that is where it started at and over 200k a hit. 5 hits barely moved it for me. I would have to use at least 2 health packs to have a chance probably. I've gone up 5k in attack stats since the last event and still no dent at 80k a hit. Not worth it at this point for me. By the time my unit upgrades finish to buy the next cash units it will be days and over.

i beat the first 24 without gold. 25-30 took me 160 gold, using all 13 cash attacks each time and getting 5 attacks from each med pack

I am at level 32 with the last challenge and I am starting off at level 32 again with this new one. With a cash attack cost of 82.5K + my 13K attack the General just smirks back at me... worst the prices where the same... is it worth it? I don't see that general command ship someone posted earlier I have a Eventide Fighter as the top price (air - which was the same as the previous one). Kinda sucks.

Also noticed it is time warped in that it hasn't increased the damge points I inflict from what I was achieving last time. Gone up around 3k in raw stats, no change to the free option damage, just the elite is way stronger and that MUST be due to ally count which has increased from 388 to 412 (though have also gone up a few levels).

Guess if they fix it and you want to try to win then make a list of your allies, drop the number down to get the elite points to also drop and then you might be able to play around as Hello Kitty did to get to 30?

Overall this current "event" in it's current condition must rate as a -10 :rolleyes: I cannot think of a way to have made it worse....

med packs are much better bang for the buck. you can get 5 attacks out of a med pack. a mega attack does like twice as much damage as a normal attack.

Stop the event now and refund all the cash spent and start over when you fix the issues. You should all be ashamed at Gree. this really is embarrassing. Yes. Right after you get killed you get an option to recharge for 20 gold. I would wait until the event is fixed.

yes. as soon as you die, it will take you to the screen to purchase them.

however, the optimal attack on the boss is doing 13 attacks with the cash option, then you should have about 10 mins left to use med packs

Sure it's a great bonus after 30 boss wins but this is 2 expensive for my blood. Even if I was willing to spend the gold the amount of cash it will cost for attacks will be close to impossible for me to get. My guess would cost 6000 gold and 270 million

Still at the same level from the previous event, still the same ridiculously high points to overcome.

I did wonder what would happen if I did take him out, would the system then indicate I had defeated him 28 times or would it then say 1?

But I don't have the roughly 15,000,000 on hand that it would take, nor am I wanting to spend a few hundred Gold to find out the answer, although if it did go as I think it will with one indicator going to one and the other to 28 I could probalby get my Gold back....:p

Obviously, somebody forgot to run the one little SQL update that would have set everyone's boss counter back to 0. Or, more likely, the code is pointed at the old column instead of the new column. One little line of code, one little SQL update.

Yeah, I started at the level I left off in the last game. It was impossible to beat so I let the warlord escape.

After letting my health rebuild, I went out and found another warlord. I thought it might take the system a while to reboot -- i.e restart at 0. But this second warlord also started off at the level I left off in the last game. Again impossible to beat without spending lots of gold.

So I will pass on this event. Maybe will try it once more in the morning to see if we start off at 0 or where we left off from the last warlord event.

It would be nice to know if this is what was supposed to happen, or if this is a glitch?

More glitches.... I have tried to fight the boss using the free choice. I can shoot him as many times as I want, he doesn't die or lose health and neither do I.

I did this a few times, closed it down and the individual warlord disappeared from my goals list. I still have the "beat 30 warlords" goal.

I found another warlord, this is the fourth one, and again this warlord ended up being the number of the warlord I left off from the last event.

Again when I chose the free option I can shoot him twenty or thirty times with nothing happening to either him or me.

These type of glitches may indicate they are trying to fix the problem.

All you big spenders should be furious that this is happening since anyone spending money on this game shouldn't hafta feel like you need to get a mortgage to play and poor service and glitches i mean spendin 100 bucks to get 4 indestructable unit. They need to start making events that are playable for all level even the buttons the sepnd accidental gold are placed in suspicious places

no one should do this event predfalcon. not even the big spenders. just to get to lvl 30 took a lot of time and energy, now i have to get to 60, just image the 59th boss. would take well over my guesstimate of 10,000 gold to get to the 60th boss. and who knows how much cash.

I've found if he opened for me in a pve map, or attacking someone, I have to go to a different map or attack someone else to get him to come out. Don't know if that's how it is, but that's how it's worked for me. And there didn't seem to be a time limitation or if there was one, it was only a minute or two.

I agree with you, but probably for different reasons (though buble over my head like a little cloud thinking ... flan quit today, but he came back, and then he quit again, and then he came back, then he quit and came back or did he come back, can you come back before you quit, or if you quit 3 times in an hour can you still be allowed to come back, ... it is getting so confusing I can't keep track, is he playing or did he come back to quit coming back again? Better hit the forums up and see what the status of this boss event is. Oh he is still here complaining and he took down his oh so sweet avatar provided compliments of McDoc, Dam!)
