View Full Version : Finally, I deleted the game. No more, I had enough.

In the past egg event, after stocking at 8 eggs for 2 days. I did buy some gems hoping to reach 20. The funny thing is this: out of 12 boxes opened by gems, I only got 5 eggs. What a pity, less than 50% success rate. After opening five boxes with gems in a row without an egg, some boxes only gave 30 HP's, I completely gave it up. A good joke. Funzio needs to disclose honestly the odds of getting those vials/gems/eggs for gem opening (paid player), this is the minimum requirement for doing an honest business.
This morning I finally deleted this stupid game after playing it for 60 days. This game is not worth my money neither my time. I have contacted my credit card company to file a claim to get back my money too.

New to the forum! my first post :) not a good one though, i recently did the red dragon egg event and spent money on gems (a lot of money) got 30 eggs in total, enough to finish in the top 250 :D but i still haven't received the red dragon unit or +100 skill... does anyone know why or are having the same problem? i sent a ticket to customer support who are usually really helpful and quick to reply but not this time (coinsidence... i think not).

Certainly I think every customer has a right to know what he/she is paying for. If you want your right forfeited, you can't demand others do the same. The same exact remarks goes back to you: sucker.
I've never spent a penny on the game and never will so I could give a hoot what the odds are. If you wanted to know your odds beforehand you shouldn't have spent any cash without knowing. That fact that you want to act like a four year old that didn't get his prize out of the crane machine is pretty hilarious. Really the only thing your blabbering and crying has done is prove the odds are about the same for getting an egg on a successful opening for all three options. Only difference being the higher chance to open said item. You've helped anchor the fairness of funzio/gree on that front. Good job.

Before you waste your time and your credit cards time, because that is what will be happening, I'd advise you to look at the terms of service again. This time, since you didn't do it when you should have, read it all. It's in-game. You can't miss it.
Also, if you think you will be able to file a lawsuit because you're unhappy about what your in-game purchase of gems went to, re-read the terms of service again. Because you missed it the first time.
AND since your using a credit card, the assumption that you are 18+ years of age, it will all come back to you on your shoulders, and you will not be able to point fingers. What you bought in game was a commodity that has been used up.
EVEN MORE SO, the directions in-game for these events never once point out that there is a % rate about what you will get when you open a box. The only time a % is mentioned is with a 20-gem purchase to guarantee that you open a box. There's not even an implication that you would get an egg, or ring, or, or, or.

What about me then? I spent money on gems and got 30 enough to finish in the top 250 and have received nothing, so i have every right to claim my money back if i continue to get no reply or the unit they said i would! I knew the risk of losing and was ok with it, but i didnt lose, so where is my prize??

I guess you don't know what you are talking about. You probably never heard of purchase protection. I have a pity on the quality of credit cards and the service you have. But don't assume that other people have the same crap credit cards as you do. All my purchase is covered for 90 days for this credit card.

It's a glitch. They will handle it. Threat of request for money refund is a pretty wimpy way to get them to speed up. Maybe they should so you'll quit whining and ban you from ever playing one of their games again.

It can take them awhile to fix an award issue sometimes. It took them 2 kws to give out the PvP Event award in CC - but we did eventually get it. SOmetimes it has taken them 5 or 6 days to respond - especially at the end of events.

And you got what you purchased, gems. If you wanted a guarantee for a unit you should have just bought one of them. I've seen some big ti@@y babies on here before but you top the list

But you got what you paid for... you paid for being able to open the box right away. That's what you paid for and that's what you got.

Apple are the ones who take the money and they the one to contact if you think you have a right to a refund.But you should first contact Funzio first give them a chance to sort out your dispute.
It's not a dispute, he got exactly what he paid for and the odds of getting the egg do not increase just because you spend gems, the only thing that increases is the rate and success you have in opening boxes

Do you ask for your money back when you lose at a slot machine in a casino? You bought gems and used the gems, pretty sure your'e not getting your money back.

(the tickets) for faster response put your issue in the title of your email and then send your old ticket number in the message too. You can also pm ccmark with your ticket number and issue.

No where will you see it say you are gaurentted a egg or vile with every open. So I don't see how you got ripped off.
In last 2 events I used gens to open and sure I didn't like getting 1000 gold or 50 honour but that's the breaks.

Big Cry Baby! You did know what you were paying for, GEMS!!! What you did with them was yours and only your choice. Gree/Funzio didn't twist your arm to spend them on opening boxes. What did you expect, an egg everytime? Egg, HP, and Gold as rewards. That's 1/3 chance for egg. 33 percent. Don't cry cuz you have egg on your face. Don't let the door hit you on your egghead.

I cant wait until he deletes his funzio forum acc too lol. Ever since he joined, he has been crying about different things. There is not one post he made where he wasnt complaining.

I never paid a dime to play this game or any other free games. I think it is more fun and challenging playing it for free. Good luck, I hope they do give you your money back, if not just charge it to experience.

hey, is it possible to transfer units to another acount? if it is, is that why some ppl have two accounts, one for farm etc....

I suppose you can always ask the developers to transfer if you can prove its your account ... whether they will oblige is another thing.
so its possible to farm dragons on one account and beasting with them on another.... hmm interesting....

I kind of agree tho... because i would like to see statistics on how many gems players used to get 100+ eggs.
