Battle ranking - not awarded Valour Points?

I have just moved up from Lieutenant Rookie to Lieutenant Apprentice. As I did this a pop-up appeared saying I had got 1500 valour points and also a new unit. However, I did not get the 1500 Valour Points awarded - should these be awarded immediately or are they awarded when I complete the Apprentice rank?

They should be awarded immediately. Are you sure you didnt get them? All you can do is send a ticket in, but 1500 valor is not really worth the effort. Do some valor missions... Thats the way to get valor.

you get the valor when you first move into the new rank, from rookie to apprentice you don't get any valor. the 1500 valor reward is when you go from sergeant to lieutenant, your next reward is 3000 valor from lieutenant to captain.

What's the point in showing it then well after I've already had it?

Plus 1500 Valour is worth it to me at the moment lol, it's 5 Stealth Frigates which is handy for my current stats.

I think this is a bug, I also had a message pop up halfway through a rank telling me the same news that I completed the previous rank and moved onto this one... a second time.
