Camper at Level 13 - best cash weapons to buy?

I'm a camper at level 13, have a decent economy built up and looking to buy some cash weapons. what would you say are the best ones to buy? the most worthwhile?

Melee = Steel Garrote 10/5 $53,000
Vehicle = 69 Camaro 5/4 $35,000
Gun = Uzi 4/5 $6,700
Armor = 6/14 Blast Guard Helmet $125,000

Most of these items are mafia unlock

You will keep most of the above items in use until mid levels except for the Uzi.

Respect items will replace them when you come out of tent.
