I'm L103 now and I'm thinking of changing from Germany. Should I change? What to? And why? Is what I want to know

After following Corsair's advice, evaluate you current unit inventory. Then look at your long term plan for unit building upgrades, BP Rank, and how this fits into your style. General consensus falls on Russia (air) or UK (sea) for long term strategy based upon top ingame cash units available. I'm playing Russia, but would actually be stronger based upon my current inventory and rank with Germany (ground)....for the time being.

I changed from uk to germany, but because it is the best way for me right now. You have to find out for yourself.

If you're a free player then definitely go for UK because sea units have the lowest casualty rates.
