When I attack someone does it use the troops with the highest attack and ignore their defense? And when I am attacked are the top 2000 defensive troops used ignoring their offensive stats?
Basically if their where no better troops and no nation bonus, should I have 2000 stealth bombers to maximixe attacks and 2000 aircraft carriers to max out defence?
