25% more payout from buildings?! HOLY HELL! I am sure matching 6 items is one thing but making sure it's 6 CLOTHING items... I am sure the odds are programmed to be impossible.

I was going to make a last stand with my current gold on this lousy microwave (they look like microwaves, dont argue with me) event but now I can't decide between these two.

That modifier is subject to change daily and without notice. They have had the +25% payout from money buildings a few times now, but they have also had +20% better payout from jobs (expires at level 200 like both the Pathmaker and Blackout RPG), and another that I can't remember. Just fuel for the scratcher slot machine fire. Anything to encourage spending on unknown odds and fat chances.

Don't you bother with that 25% because it is not even 25%, is actually 20%. And do you know what is the most important thing is? The bouns is not even tied with the correct one. It is tied with Powered Exosuit.
