Anyone else experienced this?

Since the latest update I've lost 1k off of my attack and defend points. And just yesterday I've lost another 200 points!! Is there something that can be done about this as its very frustrating seeing as it takes a lot of time to build these points up? Has anyone else had this problem, if so what can be done about it?
