Bone Lord

I finished all my quests a while ago and knew about how there is no quest for killing the bone lord.
Imagine my surprise when I bumped the quest button today to find a quest to kill him.
Is this new or am I just out of touch?

This has been discussed before. There is currently not a quest for him.

completed a quest (one didn't actually show up) when I killed him this morning while completing my manor - didn't know what it was; figured it was finally the bone lord. Back to the same spot again, with no new quests. Boo.
