umm the cash is there cause I stopped banking it's just from collections. My stats come most from M4s, Double deckers and respect items.

Well PvP items would likely help a bunch. I'd recommend getting some Night vision binoculars(respect item) and if you have a nice income camoros and steel garrotes never hurt.

Movie Theaters, Lofts, and Nightclubs at your level. If Dominicans are unlocked get those too. Same with Brownstone and Beachside Inn.

Well first off it's important to build you way up to Movie theatres. A good way to do this is with House, pawn shops ect and if you haven't spent the inital gold an ice cream shop can really help. After you MT's are about level 3 start saving for the Loft. A solid base of income is MT's at level 7 and Lofts at level 5. HtH

My income per hour is not great on paper because the majority of mine comes from 12 24 48 buildings. This gives you a low income per hour. But you can collect it all.

You can boost the figure of your IPH very easily. Build night clubs. They are monsters for boosting you IPH. But its not a true reflection of how much you will actually collect. Unless you dont sleep and can cope with collecting every 6 hours. If you miss one of them you will only collect the full amount 2 times a day.

If you want to boost your figure. Go with night clubs.

If you want a realistic figure that you can collect 100% of go with 12 hour interval payouts.

Correct. See the last line of my Notes section. I am fully aware that my displayed defense is inflated compared to my actual defense. Regardless, defense buildings are not something to shy away from, even if the numbers they boast are inaccurate. They do contribute and enough, IMO, to make them worth allocating significant upgrade time toward.

To answer your question, I have one Body Guard Agency at level 7.

well, at low levels, the best buildings are the 3 hours (if you can collect 5-6 of them daily) b/c no other buildings pay out enough in comparison daily. Italians, Ice creams, and LaundryMats (if a frequent checker of course) will bring in the most dough to save up for MT's. They did for Fuzzy and I, don't see why they wouldn't for others.

Level 109 Fuzzy----45 million in bank for a level 2 NC upgrade. Finished all 50 Gatling Guns to Level 2. Will start take them to level 3 while saving the last 20 million for the upgrade.

I agree they help, but only certain ones. Im 50/50 Gattling lvl2-3 and 33/50 on Missile Turrets. Around 42-43 of the Gattlings are hidden behind and inbetween Income buildings. I'll definately work on taking the Missile Turrets to lvl2 but other defence buildings just don't seem worth it for the space they take up. In the final 5 upgrades I will prabably work on the Surveilance centers but that task is a definate second to hood IPH and Aesphetics (if that is spelt correctly lol).

I might switch MT as my minor upgrades and take them to lvl10 while saving for my lvl3 NCs.

I think they are good. They have a high base defense (level 1 defense), so as you upgrade them, their gains are more significant, and therefore, their overall contribution is more significant. If you look at it from a defense per area perspective, they aren't all that impressive, but I'm less interested in that than I am in their overall defense contribution. I will build as many of these as I can fit in addition to Missile Turrets that open up at level 115. I should have enough space currently to accommodate 50 GTs, 50 Missile Turrets, and about 15 Surveillance Centers. I hope to take all to level 3 as quickly as possible.

P.S. - Swearengen is spot on. Defense buildings may not function as advertised, but they do function and they do matter. When built properly, they are quite effective.
