Not sure if this has been reported or is by design. I did not see anything related to this on the forum but it could be buried under a topic on page 11 or 20.
Select one of the missions, for my example I used the Shipyard which I was getting level 5 on.
Select an objective, I used Shipwright and tapped again to attack.
Epic Boss is triggered
Fight the boss or leave the boss alone returning back to the Shipyard where you left off on.
Notice your energy has been reduced and you received no reward for defeating your target. Desired result should be receiving the cash reward
