At lvl 78 (+/- 2 lvls) as I failed to get the stat screen screen capture...

Note: I didn't think you can get those 2 bldgs untill at least lvl 100 right?

He could have used an energy glitch to raise to a high level then built those buildings and later Funzio reduced his level back to normal.

Or they had them from when the building levels were different. Send support his info so they can check it out.

It's also possible through a fluke of quantum mechanics that the photons coming from your device all arranged themselves completely at random so as to make you see a hotel that wasnt really there. He MIGHT not be a cheater!
