The event has several problems that prevent you to have a chance of completing the battles.

If you set your devices time to PST, the problems go away. It worked for me

I think that was quick fix at first but same problem is still happening to people who did set their time. Attacking and nothing is happening

Was worth it for me. Just wish it was equal in difficulty for all levels. It's impossible at 100+ without 3,000 or so gold absent incredible stats.

the game is set up so that after level 15 you have to spend GOLD, I al lv-136 doing 48,959 damage to the boss, and it took me 17 hits to kill him, that is over 833k live points, so in order to kill him I had to use gold
now I am on boss #16, there is no way in hell I can kill him without using at least 40 gold
I hear that Even George, that has over 100k attack, is having problem killing the boss
I think the NERFTED and average that player at "x" level should/would have XX stats, like for lv-136, i guess they think everyone has over 70k + A/D
I would need about 600-800 gold to be able to kill the remaining 14 bosses to reach the 30 required for the tank

I am holding at 24, and bottom 500 still 20, I just see some names change
only 38 minutes to go
I will wait and as soon as it hits midnight, I will take a snapshot to ensure it shows I am within the top 500
I do not want any OT player to screw thing up
I hope that right after midnight, the event automatically put in our inventory the Doom elemental, so we do not have to wait like we did for the IPH event

I went back and spent 100 gold on resets and opens, couple of cash as well, and picked up 2 more! Feeling much safer now at 24 as well. They locked the leaderboard but I took a pic anyways once I hit 24 so let's see what happens. Might have bumped #500 down to 19, let's hope!!! Will check in 20 minutes and see


I don't like that they locked the leaderboard at all! You never know what can happen behind the scenes..... But at least I saw that I needed 50 more to hit the top 50, when it was 52 before I got the last 2. Gonna watch that to see if it changes back.....

leaderboard was frozen at 20

Now the question remains, how long do we wait for our doom

just check the event, that has not close, last player was a "herman" did a couple of refresh and it change to "rog"
Just exit the game and log in again, the event is now gone, and got the unit, good thing we did not had to wait, I ended in 224th place

I am hitting 18,000 per hit and I can't kill boss number 4 at level 127... so how it is not level based???

I have not come across you in the rivals list, how many allies do you have? I have just leveled to 68. What is your att def? Im hitting 28460 per attack.

I have only 206 allies ATM, holding off adding, except forum members, for the time being. As a matter of fact, I might drop a few after this fiasco with the epic boss event unless I start losing better units. Gonna have to do a check on KoD's spreadsheet to see what my meat shield's are first tho!
