Is it better to upgrade money buildings so you can buy the best and most units for your army then upgrade your boost buildings once your army is maxed out??

Or upgrade you boost buildings first so that you can leave money unvaulted to upgrade you higher end money buildings??

I would alternate boost and money buildings that way you can cover both at once.

well, it depends. i think if you are one of the 4 nations that give boosts to infantry, ground, air, or sea units, you should consider leveling up that particular boost building more. Also, it depends on which type of unit is used most in your army? upgrading THAT corresponding boost building will give the biggest bang for your buck.
