Omega has a level 8 Nano. Have seen enemy(removed hacker) 2 level 5 nanos and 2 level 8 oil rigs

what the ****... it takes 149mil to upgrade that to lvl 5, how much would it be for lvl 10... plus it'd probably take a couple of weeks. that right there is 2x my IPH with just 1 nanotech >_>

I found a level 10 oil rig yesterday from a 2mil+ iph. I cant raid it coz i dont have a chance, thats speed ump's base :)
