UWV Drop Rate Nerfed?

Maybe I'm just unlucky but this morning I got my first UWV drop from the Clothing Store after over 4,000 energy whereas there should be a 24% drop rate and 1.23 per 1,000 energy :/

Has anybody else going for these noticed a decrease in the drop rate or is it just that i'm not lucky?

I think the attack is 11 but I know for a fact that the defense is 20. Give me a moment while I check the spreadsheet for confirmation.
