Techno club and cowboy casino, is the price showing a mistake or are these
buildings really worth that much gold?

If you start buying gold early and with the intention of owning all of them anyway, it's worth it.
The techno club upgrades cheaply and peaks at 75K per 24h. Which is close to an upscale club costing 4M and therefore the techno club is good value, incredibly so if you buy it at the level it unlocks.

Buy and upgrade the Techno Club early or don't buy it at all.

if gold isn't an issue, buy it, if you are a low level still, (1-20). If you have a limited amount, below 1,000g, save your gold. but definitely buy the ice-cream shops. 16g well worth it
