Well I offered a truce?

So yesterday I dropped my mafia to 250ish in search of another player. While looking for him I ran into a guy with decent stats with $500k no banked. I couldn't resist so I took him for close to $300k and then robbed some buildings. I knew retaliation was coming because his attack stats were only 4-5k below my true defense.

So this is what I saw on my next game open:

I know I did it to myself, no worries. So I went back to his hood with my newly paved road and robbed probably $200k and stole a few more $ from him. And left him this message:

So needless to say I went back to his hood robbed a few more buildings and $200k, and left this tag:

I got no response in over 12 hours, so I returned to his hood again. Yup, still no banking but not collecting his buildings anymore. So then I left him this tag:

I get back to lunch and this is what I see in my newsfeed:

So I went back to his hood took some more dough from him and the last 2 peeps in his comments section I messages and told them to go rob him because he seems to have quit collecting his buildings. (they were chump change and bait to see if he was collecting.

Hey, don't know what time zone you're in but I see you're still within a level of me. If you're still up around 1:20 AM EST, I'm gonna have my rocks, mts, lofts, well everything up for grabs so I can resync to a better collection time. Should be a good mil haul for you.
