What about those people who claimed to have experienced a glitch that caused them to take on a huge amount of XP and jump several levels overnight? I've never heard from any of them how the situation was resolved, but apparently that sort of thing happens.

Remember that Lauren player who was apparently associated with cold mafia? The one who claimed to have jumped from the low 100s to level 197? She bought Palm Hotels and other buildings that wouldn't have been available at her "legit" level, I know because I saw them myself. I haven't seen her in a while, but even after all that she was still talking about getting Funzio to put her back to the correct level. Does the Funzio take away any gains had from a screw up with the game if it wasn't the player's fault? Like I said, I've never heard how situations like that were resolved.

FTR, I'm not saying the player in question here didn't cheat, I'm just wondering if there is a legit explanation for what we're looking at.

Inventory is also loaded with respect weapons..500 rpg, 500 excelero, 500 FCg, 500 cw....so no more likely a hacker

The only other reason I can come up with is that their game glitched causing them to level, they bought a crap load of whatever from the add funds page (no gold items doesn't mean no gold on hand), and when Funzio fixed the issue they awarded some RP as compensation. Maybe they accidentally hit the zero button one or two times more than they intended to and the played here got super lucky and didn't report it.

Sounds unlikely, but I can't say that would surprise me.

More questions though. How recently did this person show up? Pre or post big earner event? Do they have the golden defense gun? I guess that wouldn't matter if their account messed up after that event.

I'm not defending them, I'm just asking questions. I don't see hoods like that and I don't remember ever seeing suspicious hoods. Not even during the big money glitch fiasco.

Being a big spender doesn't mean they're smart. It could actually mean the exact opposite.

There are also ways for kids to accidentally spend a lot of cash on in-app purchases. If their device is linked to an iTunes account with a credit card and the password is still active, they can make in-app purchases without realizing they're spending real money. Happens all the time. It's even been on the local news here. Enter the password on iTunes and it's good to go for 15 minutes. That's also the parent's fault for not disabling in-app purchases, but it's still a possibility.

Only Funzio and the accused player know for sure what they've spent.
