Not to completely display my ignorance here for all to see, but are the "Night Goggles Soldier" and the "Night Goggles Truck" new units (for cash, not gold, event, crate, or LE)? They don't have pictures...

Sorry, War Priest. If I go to Units for the menu, and then select either Ground or Infantry, and scroll to the right, I eventually see a box for that has no picture, but it does have an attack/defense stat block and a cash cost. For the ground unit ($1,000,000) the box says it can only be unlocked with Lvl 5 Robotics facility. If I click the unit box, it gives the popup saying a Lvl5 Robotics is required to deploy the "Night Goggles Truck."

Lol. I was trying to get the jet ,and every time I get 3 commons ,it just pisses me off and so I buy more until I get something good . I never got the rare jet but got 5 incursion jets,6 of that other uncommon truck, 3 naval marines, 4 total rares,the rest common. I didnt want to buy that many but I asked myself,which do I want to put the gold into ,the 10th unit or more crates,so I went with crates. Now alls I need is to win the double currency and I'll feel better

I think the price was lowered because they were old crates. Like it was automatically set for them. Must have released the wrong crates on accident.

REALLY Funzio? Gonna repeat old crates? Don't you know WE pride ourselves on knowing the LE's and Crates we own are "get em while they're HOT" and enjoy knowing that we have something that others CAN'T go back and purchase. Kinda helps setup WHEN people started taking the game serious by how many OLD LE's & Crates they have!

For instance, even though I never get to see my One Solitary Chocolate Submarine in my battle reports any more, I am still Proud of my Little Chocolate Turd because anyone who started playing the game AFTER Valentine's Day can't get it :) Same goes with some of the AWESOME Crate Items from before.

They are cheaper, but the rare % also dropped to 10%,i think i would rather pay 175 gold for 15% chance of a rare.

Why did my "rocket truck" that cost a cool million change its name to "night goggles truck"? I was looking in my ground inventory and saw the change...is funzio about to introduce some new cash units for purchase? Hmm, I wonder? It would be nice to something different for a change.

Bought two, a few hours apart. Both were the common plane (10/40, I think). What a let-down.

Yeah I missed out on these crates the first time around. Bought 4 3-packs and received 4 uncommons and the rest commons...stopped after that. Like someone else said, I think I'd fork up the extra 30 gold for that extra 5% rare chance. Oh well...hopefully these crates only last a week and not 2.

I am hoping they realized they made a boo boo and fix it today. Agree with you on that, really, that 5% is a big change. I usually get around 6 rares with 10 3-packs with the 175 gold.

The units in these crates have a bit lower stats the the 175g ones, but they have "strong against" which compensates so i don't mind the lower stats,what i do mind are the crap chances.
I bought 4 crates and got 1 rare,3 uncommon,8 common.It may just be me, but it feels like that extra 5% would have given me allot more than that.
I'll save my gold for now,and wait for the next crates with 15% chance of a rare.

I bought a 3 pack before I noticed the change in rates and I did pretty week (1 of each level) - super Stryker, Viking incursion, and MARSOC. Don't know if I will pick pmanother 3 pack or just wait and see what the next release offers.
