What level are you Force? Did you notice if you leveled up the same time the gold appeared?

That's what I figured. I reported him. Originally, he sent me a message with his ID number, saying add me or I will attack. I checked out his stats, and saw that I could take him. He had 15 million in unprotected cash. His vault was nothing, so I took him for about 10 million in the next few days. He attacked my base a few times but got nothing to speak of. So now all of a sudden he went from about 1000 att/def to 9000 in a day, went up 20 levels so he could get higher buildings, and went from a few low level buildings to building all the high level buildings at the same time. Right now he is building 2 nanotech factories, a nuclear powerplant, and a fortified bunker simultaneously. If anyone wants to check him out, he is General Joe, level 64, ID 951 604 898.

He's now level 85, Low Allies, i want post some screen shot here, but i dont know to edit.
I look at his inventory : 7 Super Cool Tank, 4 Super secret Jet, 3 Super Submarine, 7 Super Scary Soldier, 9 Super Big Battleship, 12 Super Gunner, 8 Super Smart Scientist, 11 Super Jeep, 7 Super Dark Chopper, 1 Super Ultra Mega Tank.
Total 66 Loot Units + 1 Boos Loot Unit.

It's always the same for each building at the same building level. The reason there is no data is because the amounts given are so small that nobody has cared to put the data together.

Unit boost buildings increase both attack and defensive stats.

For example, naval research center will boost the attack and defense of all sea units. If you take a picture of yur stats before and after the upgrade completes then you can see for yourself.

The boosts are generally visible to you but not people viewing your profile. If not, Santa had already been very generous to us with the bugs this year.

Yes it is. I am having the same problem I recently bought a composite factory with Tapjoy gold and upgraded it to level 3 with no visible upgrade in defenses. I sent a ticket in but am reluctant to upgrade it anymore unless I see an improvement with upgrade.

If they attacked you and got 600k from you. When you see your news report , if someone's attacked you multiple times, it'll only show up as one attack. So in reality,they attacked you 4 times, at 150k a pop,for a total of 600k. Whenever you see something like that with alot of casualty unit losses too, it's because you were attacked multiple times but it'll only show up as a combined one time with your total loss.

Is there a such thing as to many alliesdepends wat you mean by too many. For some people running at lower allies keeps you out of reach of some of the bigger hitters who stick at max allies. All depends on your situation. If your base is getting pummelled then a drop in allies would be a good idea.

Depends. At lvl 100+ . You can bring max allies to battle which is 500 allies for a total of 2000 units. If you go above 500 allies, each additional Allie won't bring any additional units to battle. If you go above 500 allies, you won't be able to see down below 500 allies, so your rivals list might be shorter than if you were at say 499.

Yes.5 allies per lvl. So at lvl 37, the Max allies you can bring to battle is 185 . Each allies brings 4 units to battle so that'll be 740 units. Anything over goes unused

Makes no difference. Except that getting rid of allies close to your level either increases targets or increases predators, depending on how strong you are.

It usually happens to me when I complete a mission as it pushes me over to the next level, it'll show I leveled up but afterwards,it'll put me back to the level I was already on , and I would need to redo it again. Think it's just a weird error

Your only disadvantages to not joining a faction is losing the possibility to winning some free units and the factions bonuses. Even if your faction doesn't do good enough to win unit prizes. If your faction members donate enough of their cash, your faction and anyone in it can benefit from purchased bonuses. Such as quicker health regeneration, increased building defense, increased income output. Remember all bonuses must be purchased with in game cash, it's not just handed to you.

Faction bonuses like "increased building defense" and "increased income output" I understand. The one that confuses me is the "quicker health regeneration." My faction has it, and the time to recover against the Epic Boss dropped from 25 minutes to 20 minutes -- okay, I can see that. But does it do anything else?

unless all money buildings and boost buildings are at 10 there is no need to upgrade defense buildings (unless you are Fl@sh) as there defense value is too low to make a difference, at least at high levels.

As for your question, just check your stats before you build and after you upgrade and see what it adds.

I was suggesting you do an upgrade and then do the math. I have no defense buildings (sold for my first AC) and I doubt the few people I know that have upgraded them did the math on their profile stats either. YOU CAN DO IT! Maybe we can get Drenno to create a thread about this! Just kidding Dre!

Im not sure if I understand what you mean but allies play a crucial role in your stats. There stats don't matter. Just remember this. Each level brings 5 allies. Each allies allows you to bring 4 additional units ( your units ,not theirs ). The total amount is 500 allies with 2000 units to battle, that's once you hit lvl 100 + .

There is always the MW Toolkit by Khimsoo! Go to the buildings tab and input your building levels. The cost for the next upgrade will be shown. Reduce all buildings by 1 level to show the cost of the last upgrade completed and then divide by 2! DONE

You can download khimsoos app. Modern war toolkit. Or if you need 50.. The biggest are nanos,space centers. Ay building you sell, you get half back. If it upgraded ,you get half back from the last upgrade. Basically, if you want to get to 50 just by selling buildings.l your going to have to sell your nanos, and space centers and alot of other buildings,lol

Snap a picture of your profile where your AD is shown. Do not buy any units, then upgrade the building. After clicking upgrade, check profile again. If no change, then the difference may not be accounted for until the upgrade completes. In that case, take a pic of your profile just before the upgrade. When the upgrade finishes compare (may need to restart app after upgrade finishes).

I think your highly over thinking it. Stressing yourself out,lol. Just focus on upgrading your money buildings, boost buildings, whatever level units you need. Last thing you should worry about is defense building upgrades. At lower levels they help a little, but money and time is best invested in other buildings. By the time you reach high levels, they are insignificant. I upgrade defense buildings when Im trying to squeeze in a short upgrade time while saving to do a big upgrade on something.

2 chemical plants = $3.5 Million

Actually, looking at the supply depot it showed as upgrading but is still just a level 3. Have screenshots which show them both flagged. That makes me feel a bit better but doesn't explain where my gold has gone!

Lol yes. When you send in your report, be as specific as possible what happened. Don't expect a result very fast, they are behind in their tickets. But they should eventually put the gold back.

What level are you? The two buildings being flagged could be from them getting raided. Once you click on the buildings (to repair them) the flags will go away if this is the case. That's one option to check.

My personal opinion. Yes report it or just stop doing it,lol. It's one thing if its a blatant gree error that everyone knows and it's advertised that way. It's another when its a glitch and you have to do something to expose the glitch so you can take advantage of it. Ask yourself, is it worth the risk of possibly having your account locked and banned?

Im not sure if I understand what you mean but allies play a crucial role in your stats. There stats don't matter. Just remember this. Each level brings 5 allies. Each allies allows you to bring 4 additional units ( your units ,not theirs ). The total amount is 500 allies with 2000 units to battle, that's once you hit lvl 100 + .

I mean if the value for attack and defense in the profile is based on allies or only on the army you have. So it's the same if you have 1 or 1000 allies? Then i know then in battle allies define the maz units you can bring, but i was more infersted on the figures you see in profile now.

Your units and Allie count matter. Depending on how many allies you have, will determine how many unit you will bring to battle. Your best units will be taken to battle

I give hint for android players, building can be build without money, they will desapear but you get more money than prior that building, sometimes building stays and some times it gives half of building value. I have sucsesfully done this 2 differend android device.

Send in a ticket to support via ingame support explaining to them you can't create a faction. I think it has something to do with some players not being able to create one and if you get into a faction, you'd be a ghost player that can't function properly. So end ion a ticket. Good luck

I'm at lvl 20. I need on know the maximum amount someone can take from me in an attack. I read it is 10% of unvaulted cash per hit, with a maximum of 5 hits, but it is tiered. At what lvl, if any, does the tier change to a higher payout per hit. Also, how many hits are allowed at the next tier. Thanks.

Bala, unless you play the game every minute of every day, do not upgrade the supply depots or armory. I have them at level 10 on one of my games only because I camped for so long at level 5 that I ran out of things to upgrade. I do not collect them enough to justify making that upgrade on purpose if there's anything else worthwhile to upgrade. All they do is make your IPH look nice :)

As for infantry -- it depends on what you want to do with the game. I have a boss fetish, so infantry is a great and cheap way to increase your stats to help defeat bosses.

I wouldn't take either one very high, unless you plan on collecting very often. Lvl 4 or 5 max for now.
The Munitions Stockpile is the best money maker, plus it's a 24h cycle. Even the Silo or Oil Derrick are better to upgrade.
Buy engineers first. They do have a high casualty rate, but you can afford them now,and the will give you decent defense until you get your IPH built up. After you get a comfortable cushion of those, buy the units that are associated with the country you chose. i.e UK - ships; Germany, ground; Russia, air.

The flags only designate bonuses, but the bright side is there are more targets :)

And @ Peppers - I like your fetish lolol. I like the bosses too.

And she is quite right about using the infantry for cheap Big Bang for your buck attack stats. Plus they are very useful meatshields. They are much easier to replace compared to valor units etc.

No defense buildings. Only get the ones that are available later on in the game that are more expensive since you can sell them and get a lot of money back if you need a little more cash for an upgrade.

Do those later. My priority would be to get a fairly basic defence built up. So start with engineers, then maybe drones, Transports, Medics and Military Ambulances. If you get strong enough in these very early stages, you won't need to attack anyone. Let them come to you. Concentrate on defence only for now.

Assuming you are playing as a non-gold player Get the free Tapjoy gold going as well. Save it till you can get a composite building. If you are a gold player......buy a composite building :-)

has anyone had a faction buy bonuses and within the hour they disappear? this happened 2 weeks ago to two bonuses purchased (the 11th and 12th one in our faction), the leader followed the proper methods to resolve it….eventually, I realise Gree is inundated with tickets and issues with the faction roll-out, but I just wondered if this was also common like the ghost members. Either way it kills morale to have to re-raise 300M you just watched get spent and the bonuses appear to only disappear 45 minutes later… and then 2 weeks later the money still isn’t refunded which ultimately delays progress… clearly. Anyway, just wondering if we are “special” in this or if anyone else has experienced this. Thanks!

Yup. If you raid a unit building(and boost buildings too)you get valor and XP. If you get your unit building raided, just tap the building as if you were collecting from a money building and it will repair with no cost.

The player only has to click on a flag to repair it when raided. If anyone does raid them its usually just for valor and battle point farming.

Ok, so far i got my base looking good and tidy but guess i have to be patient to reach Boss events since i don't level up too fast :). I know they should become available at level 10 but i am in no hurry level up i want try to vault limit up to 100K but it's upgrading to 50K.

Now i have figure out best cash units to buy and buy 12 of them since i have 3 Mafia and each of them bring 4 Best units.

12 Good Defence units than 12 good attack units.

I also have plan of my base , Front part will be all money buildings, Back Part will be Unit buildings and Right hand Side will be where my Boost buildings.

I am not going waste money on decorations.

Aside from "rich" there are Lots of other reasons for people to decide to spend $$$ on the game.

Eg. using this game as an escape from work pressures or so they can switch off from the world around them for a bit or
using it as a distraction to give up smoking.

Still some issues but certainly managed to improve things from what they were.

As it was basically stuffed I figured I would try something different so accepted all pending requests which took me above 499 allies (This has always made my game totally unplayable even in PVE)
Then deleted the app, two button reset the iPad and reloaded the app.
Seems to have improved things quite a bit, as can actually play the game above 500 allies now.
Still have crashouts at times, checking inventories (even mine) can do it and making purchases from anything close to the right hand side of the screen (elite water cruisers) will often cause the game to crashout.

As for the faction issue, am still a phantom and of I wished I could join multiple factions.

One thing to clarify is that there is no faction bonuses being applied to my game, nor I expect anybody else in the same predicament as me. The only "problem" we causes taking up a slot which could otherwise be used by someone able to donate to the cause.

I was thinking about getting the gold money buildings as tapjoy is very slow , thought may as well get 5 volts so the bonus will get me most gold buildings and I can then spend it all on units for a one off late Xmas present to myself , £350 is a lot of money to me but I will spend it one way or another , this will give me hours of fun working on my base and a little boost to my stats , it's nice to experience playing with a load of gold once after slogging it out for nearly a year but I won't be telling my other half though , she would slap me up lol

Partially depends what flag you are running under since some give you a stat boost. In the beginning, medics are good, tranports are great too with very low casualty rate. I'd use warthogs for attacking if your iph can support it. You will end up having all the units you have listed when you start some of the PVE missions.

Yes players have complained of losing valor units more than other units, but it's not always the case. I for one have not lost many valor units over my course of playing so far. I have made sure to keep a higher ratio of cash units as well. Another great way of protecting higher value cash and valor units is to set up "meatshields". Basically buy as many high casualty rated cheap cash units that are easily replaceable.

The only other consideration is what flag you're playing under. If you are playing under Russia, then by all means continue with air units for the added bonus. I prioritize my game play in the following order:

1. Income
2. Defense
3. Attack (possibly faction if you can have it available for your device).

Others may disagree but that's how I'd do it.

Bala, what is your plan for level 5? Do you want to camp for a while to increase your IPH, or do you want to jump right into playing?

If you want to camp... I had 2 accounts at level 5 for a very long time. This is what I would do if I were you:

Dump your allies. At level 5, you're more apt to be hit if you have allies. At no allies, you'll maybe be attacked once every few days.

Collect scratchers for a while. With no allies, you only need 4 strong defense units, which you may already have from scratchers.

Increase your shipyard to level 6 to bring in Mine-Launchers, OR your airfield to level 9 to bring in Stealth Surveillance Drones. Get 4 of these units as soon as possible for defense.

Increase your munitions stockpiles to level 10 (24 hour collection). Oil Derricks are also a good option (3 hour collection). The Command Center is good too, but gets a little expensive at the higher levels.

DO NOT ATTACK. Do not worry about xp and valor points or units at this point. DO NOT ATTACK.

Once you have some unit buildings upgraded, and your economy humming along.... THEN add allies, but be sure to arm each and very one of them. Do not start adding allies until you're ready because the attacks will start coming, and you'll get leveled up just from winning battles started by others.

Or... don't listen to anyone's advice and do whatever you'd like.

Okay - here's my new advice.
Since you're a sea power, don't buy the ship yard or build towards the water.
Upgrade the 5 minute buildings first since that is what you want to do, rather than what will benefit you in the long run.
Don't expand your land now. Instead, wait until later... say when you're at a much higher level and can't afford to replace lost units because you have to save for an expansion.
Stay at high allies because you're winning the fights... xp for a camper isn't important anyway.

Or, again, do whatever you want.

Ah okay, seems some iph are shown whilst others aren't. Happens to be the high level players who have zero so wondered if that was a common strategy. Clearly not.

Is there a way to search for individuals who aren't around my level? There's one guy in my faction who's pretty low level (15 or so) but has something like 700k iph. I'm intrigued by his base. I'm guessing I'll have to be an ally to view his base otherwise I could just raid him but thought if ask!

No. I suggest not to spend gold on crate events. If its your time to win, it's your time, gold won't change that. I've spent a considerable amount of gold on a crate event and still didnt win. Then their was times when I've won free and with 30 gold. So it's luck.

Hmm. Try and see if your iPhone is up to date on the latest iOS software. And check the AppStore and see if their is an update that you might have to do for the games in the AppStore.

Check the FAQ thread. There's some good info there. The amount of damage you do to the Boss is directly tied to your attack stat. Getting the max # of hits in you will probably make it to boss #12-13.

You have 18,000 valor? I assume you havent unlocked elite op helis yet? What flag are you? I your Russia ,I'd say get super hornets, if your sea, get frigates. The casualty rate on frigates is lower as well.

Super hornet is better but casualty rate on them is higher. Id personally go for the SH . Or continue saving your valor. Might be best to save it for now. If your participating in the battle for brazil, it might be good to have the extra valor to help replace any valor losses during the event.

elite water cruisers carry a good stat for a single unit. stealth frigates do have "strong against sea units" though. not sure if the strong against means it has better stats against sea units or less chance of dying against sea units. and therefore not sure if its a % or what

The drop rate on getting concrete seems a bit low, for you can do 50+ attacks and sometimes only get 1. I could say 100 but then someone will come in and play hotshot and say " got 600 without even trying " lol. When it comes down to it, if you feel it's alot, aim for more.

Each person is different. Play whichever way best suits your style. Camping is key to this game if you aren't a daily gold spender but with the faction aspect being put in,in order to grow as a faction, usually goes against camping. When doing pvp, completing valor missions, save your valor. I would put most skill point into defense though. You've grot the right concept though, always foward, always have something upgrading and building. Always upgrade your vault too. Iph is important to help maintain your army.

I only say to defense because you are going to come across alot of players much stronger. Or as you progress, your gonna find yourself over vault. If you choose your targets carefully, you won't need an abundance of attack skill points. But those you can choose. You can't choose who you defend.

It's a bug that started just before the PvP weekend event and they have to yet get it sorted. I don't think they ever will either IMO until some of the upper level players really analyze some attacks and start sending tickets in.

If your attack skill points are higher than your opponents defense skill points ( and vice versa ) . Your higher skill points will spin the wheel so to speak and land on a number that increases your percentages of winning. The higher your points are to your opponents,the higher chance you have of getting a better % increase. I've gone in battles when we used to do forum fight night. And because of my skill points in certain battles, I managed to win with lower stats so I have seen the benefit of having high skill points.

A couple of important notes. First, we were the same level. My allies were maxed but I don't think his were. Second, I have sunk 2/3rds of my skill points earned in this game into defense. If we are the same level we have the same number of skill points. How is it that he could have applied enough skill points to both randomly win an attack and defend an attack when there is no way he could have had more than me in both categories.

The only answers I can come up with is that he either hacked the game or there was a glitch somewhere. I don't buy the former because the guy was weak for his level as I 'm far from the strongest.

When raiding an opponent , your attack score doesn't even have to be close to their defense score. The higher up you go , you'll notice you can even get raided by someone with 10k less attack to your def. . Aside from what Selfproclaimed explained, there is also the "strong against" factor where some nits have a chance to reduce the opponents strength of a specific type of unit by 25%.

I get all this but what I'm talking about is not losing the battle it's losing units, a lot of them, when the other guy you beat loses nothing. It's gotten to the point where raiding isn't profitbale at all anymore. Now maybe it's me and I've leveled too fast and my attack isn't what it should be for my level but I don't think so.

Look at the losses I took! And I have screenshots of his entire inventory in case you want to do a more detailed analysis.

One thing to note is my attack for this battle. It's actually 15K but notice what it is for this battle. So maybe his defense negated 4K of my offense with that random roll of the dice? But even with that I'm 3 times his defense. Something is wrong and they just won't admit it or haven't looked into it with all the work that needed to be done for the WD event.

I have a HLP with this issue of unit losses which started when they fixed the phantom faction issue along with game crash every two minutes if the newsfeed indication is showing (eg pending ally request)

Was in a faction with it but dropped out when I realised I had a useless game on my hands.

Like Q said since the phantom issue was fixed, something went haywire with the casualties. Cj said they would look into it and that if something was done,it wasn't done purposefully. Idk if they have found the issue and a fix or has even admitted it yet. But certainly casualties have spiked since then. NOTE. Not for everyone. Before someone chimes in and says " Nothings wrong,it doesn't happen to me " .it has not affected everyone. And if you haven't gotten affected by it, it does not mean you have the zero casualty glitch. Just luck of the draw I suppose. A lot of my faction members had that issue. I for one, did not. If I stuck to my usual plan of attack with low stats,it wouldn't affect me whereas it would affect others even if they tried the same strategy.

You don't have to do that for every battle otherwise you'd be taking all your time doing calculations. It used to be with an attack even with or above your opponents you could pretty much win "most of the time", and with any sort of advantage over 25% is was a given you'd win with very low or no losses. And those losses would always be high loss low value units. What's happening now is you still win but take losses all over the board without any correlation to what you're fighting against. Just check out the first level of mine and my opponents units. And it was like that right down the rows. I had him beat unit for unit and a 300% attack advantage and STILL LOST 3 units.

In B4B the Top25 grants a "1% alliance attack". What is that and how does it effects the stats?

I've fought/raided plenty of guys multiple times with even less discrepancy between attack/defense scores and never lost until this particular one on this particular day.

I would go with the composites. I know the recent crates look enticing so it is a toss up.Be wary of the Composites Factory if you buy it. I am getting no boost from it when I upgrade. I've had a ticket out to GREE for a month now with no response.

Aside from it being a glitch the other possibility is that it may ave been raided but the indicator is not showing.

Thanks, but I never wrote anything about them boosting attack. It has never been hit in a raid or at least I've never had to repair it. If I imply it's a glitch that means I have exhausted all other known possibilities. Unless this boost is not visible to me then I am reasonably certain it doesn't work. I checked my defense stats immediately after purchasing the building and immediately after it finished construction. No change to defense stat. I went ahead and upgraded it to level 2 carefully noting my defense stat prior to upgrading. When the upgrade was complete, there was again no change to defense stats. Now if the boosted stats for this building simply are not visible to us how in the heck are we to know if the building works or not?

My original ticket was sent through the game in mid-December and has never been answered. For all I know it's lost as I get no record/e-mail of tickets sent in-game. My second ticket #18120 was sent on January 15th and as of 60 seconds ago "This request is awaiting assignment to a help desk operator." In all I have sent 6 tickets (not including repeats) to GREE over the last 2 months and not a single one of them has been answered with any kind of resolution and then therefore CLOSED, or has yet to be answered at all.

Hi, can anyone tell me why the beat the elite boss gets harder after level 150, before level 150 I could kill level 1 boss with a free hit now it has just taken 3 hits, what gives with this game, is this another way to try make you spend money I thought the more powerful you are the easier this game should get.

I've realized that even with fact sheets,guides,etc etc out there, people still have questions. Some clever,some dumb. Nope who told you that you are last Tier which toughest tier for boss event when you were below 150 you previous tier which you were able to beat.

Just ignore it. If your already in a faction then it's just old data that hasn't been updated or pulled from grees side. I've gotten that splash screen a couple times. It's no biggie.

The last tier is from 150-200. Why its soo much more difficult. Don't know. It's a known issue with players and its been addressed to support for a long time now.But as far as anyone could tell, nothings been done about it. It is what it is and hopefully one day gree will do something about it.
