Upgrade 2 buildings at the same time. Would not even need gold sale to go after that one and I do not use gold on events but this one I would.

Anything to do with upgrade timing.

The waiting is a killer. Economically, most upgrades become impractical unless you squat for weeks. It takes so long, and each time I upgrade something I have to choose to do it over upgrading anything else during that time span.
