A new way to report players?

I understand how reporting cheaters work. Can we, as forum members, have some other way of reporting cheaters such as a section where we can either:

a. Post a screenshot of the suspected cheaters
b. PM a developer/support member with the pictures

If anyone has a suggestion that could be input it'd be nice too. I feel like email support is too lengthy because there are so many accounts with similar names and account levels. I think I lucked out with a guy who created a display with his friend code in his hood.

Does anybody else think there needs to be a new and expedited way of reporting these cheaters?

Yea, by Funzio hiring more support staff with specialized roles.

I can only imagine the backlog on that! Their cheaters list must look very similiar to the list of players in game because almost everyone gets reported these days.

Report many...eventually one will get removed. That's just all we're forced to deal with. We have a more powerful ability on here with players who I think know what they're doing. I feel like the people on the forums would somewhat know what they're talking about :P

Just reported a player level 108 with a level 8 upscale club. That's a $355M building. Also when you have 100x items only available from HH and Winning Streak people tend to get suspicious.

There's a much worse cheater on level 127, 2 level 9 casinos, not available on that level. He also has both nightclubs at level 10.

And then there are the guys with about $28K per hour income who have 550 yachts and hundreds of other things it would have taken them decades to accumulate at that income.

I reported him earlier after seeing his hood, what a joke that guy is.....Funzio is really dropping the ball if this many people have reported an obvious hacker who has buildings he shouldn't be able to buy for another 50+ lvls. It's just stupid and inexcusable really.

Maybe it's not even so much as a need to hire new people at the company. Maybe it could just be a designated forum member who is selected by Funzio to do this job :P

Some reported guys have been banned but still have an active nonplay account. Even though this cheater can be seen on your rivals list a good way to tell if they have been banned is to see if they have any money on hand. I have a number of mafia members that I have reported and now have 0 money on hand. Every once in a while I will check in on their hood and see if they have progressed or anything has changed and so far it appears the ban is still enforced. The reason that Gree does not delete these accounts is that it will mess with the overall mafia count numbers of other legit players that have the cheater in their mob.

That fella on level 127 is defo active. I only came across him because he robbed me today, 125 quid rob by a dude with 6m I.p.h so as well as cheating, he's also a greedy plank.. He also auto deleted 2 messages I left on his wall. You'd have to see his stats to believe them, stupidly high, yet he barely fights or robs compared to most players.

What do they see after they are banned? Do they get a message when they try to open the app?

He's gone from level 94 to level 135 in about 30 hours. This absolutely does not sync with his stats. He has a tendency to hold a lot of cash out of cockiness, so get him.

He's currently 94 strong with ATK: 11,807 and DEF: 9994

RP weapons are absolutely ridiculous.

I also feel like the cheaters are handled too much on the back end. I don't personally want to know who is being banned...but support is going through these reports rights?
