Discrepancy In CC Stats

Ok so I just finished using the excel sheet created by one of the forum members and after inserting ALL the data... it says my attack should only be 5024 - however my in game attack currently is 11577 and it shows as a true attack in my PVP report...

Anyone else run into this anomaly?
