What is the last money building you can buy?

I keep seeing buildings added to the end of the list. I think the latest one to appear (still locked for me) is the casino.

Is there any cap on how many times you can expand your hood?

Is the maximum number of mafia members 500?

Highest level is 200. Last money building is casino. There's a cap on how many times you can expand but it's a lot.
The max number you can use in battle is 500 mafia but you can pointlessly have more.
