Crashes, "Add Funds" Currently Down

Hey all,

As you may have noticed if you were playing last night, the games were experiencing outages that caused games to force-close on start-up. We moved to fix this the moment it was discovered, and found that a change Apple had made on their end was interacting badly with our games. We have a work-around in place and right now everyone should be able to log on normally.

EDIT: The Add Funds Page should now be back up and working for all games, and the crashes should have ceased. If you continue to encounter any issues of this sort (crashes when running out of energy, problems with the store), please let us know in this thread or through the in-game contact.

That would explain my stamina refill by mistake. And the unit that appeared in my army without buying it , the gold went I have sent a ticket for the unit I don't want , didn't bother about the stamina .

i energy refilled twice by accident. Whats that have to do with crashes and being unable to buy gold tho?

I can't even connect with the server this morning. Just says connection needed to play game and retrys.

when completing the 'missions' via the levels on the 'map', it used to have an indication (a downward arrow) above the tasks had not been completed - now it only shows this for any 'goals'.

is this part of the same problem or a specific issue for me?

When on a map/mission, click on the tiny question mark in the bottom left corner of the screen. There you can toggle on and off the little arrows.

i was playing last night and it crashed and said unknown error and it wouldnt let me back onto the game it just stayed on the connecting to server screen! i had to delete and reinstall the app to fix it

I went to work with one day and eight hours left on having crates. I had 11 crates left and 8 of 10 rockets required for a unit with an attack of 243. I came back 12 hours later and the game was over. I was wondering if the clock showing was wrong or if the game ended early. Does anyone have any ideas.

...after a 2 day extension, the rpg crates/rockets game ended @ 12 midnight PST last night... (6/22/2012)

if your app was closed it's over... if your app continued to run (opened) you are allowed to continue opening crates in what we call OT (overtime)... hope that helps you dean... ;p

Any luck in OT strick? I received a defensive cannon and a sorry, then decided it wasn't worth losing anymore opens in the new CC event lol.

open rate improved drastically... lol... 3 of 4... armored charger, sorry, 250k, ghost operative... then i just quit... lol...

Thanks for update.No wonder I was kick out so many times in the middle of battles.
I was suppose to get 200 000 n 1500 valor points after promoted to lieutenant apprentice just 5 minutes ago.

The notice appeared but my store has not been updated.
How to I get it back?

try the reinstall first... if that doesn't work, send in an in-game support report...

Make sure you run the app as well bushobama. Sometimes it takes a little time afterwards for it show up . If it doesn't , send it in where it says at the bottom,are you missing currency . A lot of times,it'll get resolved

I thought they sorted this out. The app keeps crashing, so annoying!....
