Game crashing repeatedly

My games crashes everytime before it even loads up. Sometimes it loads then crashes 2 seconds later. Try restarting phone, app, etc. can/should I delete and reinstall? Will it affect anything?

Sorry fixed, turned off cellular data and wifi, then tried to connect, then closed app and turned back on and it worked, in case this happens to anyone else.

same here, tried to reinstall + the put device in airplane mode. CC looks down.

I can get to the news screen that shows I've gotten robbed big time since missing some critical 7pm collections, but only for a second or so.

I managed to get it to start working. What I did was when it was in the game, I quickly turned off my phone while the game was still running. Then I turned on my phone and it's still running and hasn't crashed yet. If you're gonna try this, you have to turn off your device quick before the game crashes.

Its bad enough im waiting for next event but to have my s*** crash repeatedly is retarded. I have buildings due the hell with this new upgrade!!! It has been nothing but trouble for CC HD

Take a look at "add funds". I tapped it by mistake, but I think anyone who sees what I see will be disappointed if they're looking to put any money down right now! Lol

Edit: went to check out the scratchers payout table as recommended. That's pretty whack, yo! Looks like they should have kept testing the scratchers.

No energy, stamina, or henchmen in the special tab either anymore.

Noted. We had to temporarily disable in-app purchases (thus the blank screens/ store weirdness) while fixing the issue. We'll have all that back up as soon as possible.
