Tapjoy apps not working?

Is anybody else not receiving gold after having installed and run certain apps? I followed the instructions for 'Draw Something Free', 'Nuclear War' to name a few and haven't received gold for installing and running them. Sometimes I even get the followig error message: 'Your request could not be completed'

My question is: is this normal or am I doing something wrong here?
