What shoul I do with 40,000 valor?

Getting ready to achieve the rank of major (unlock the elit ops helicopter), and have 40,000 valor stock piled. Need some help in deciding what to spend the valor on.

Was thinking of just blowing it all on the spec ops helicopter (600 valor each x 75 = 45,000). But I currently have UK as my flag. If I can get the 10 rocket I was debating about changing to Russia and this would help with the bonus for the spec ops helicopter, but not sure.

Should I spend the valor and on what? Or just continue to stockpile?

I'm debating this same thing. I already got some of the helicopters, but I've been stockpiling my valor as well. I think the boat is a better unit. It has the best or equal defense to any of the new valor units, and the plane will take forever to get, so personally I would wait for the boat and in the mean time work on the ship boost building.

I stockpiled my valor and I spend them on the spec ops heli's and well no complaints. 48 defense is nice and the 37 attack is nice too. Depends if you want attack or defense more. The spec ops have 37 as attack and Expert Attack drones have 46. The heli's have 48 defense and the EADs have 30. Just depends if you want more Attack or defense. Plus you could get more EADs

But from 390,000bp to 1 million,for the boat. You might as well spend the 40,000. Because to getto 1 million Bp,you'll should be able to make back 100,000valor by the time you reach 1 million bp

Take your valor and invest in microsoft. They may not have a huge stock price increase but their dividends pay out well and are increasing.

I second this, my thought process exactly. Also, to reference what andymac said, you may want to spend your 40k on a mix of expert attack drones and spec ops helicopters to boost your A/D evenly. But if your main objective is to boost your D, then I'd just spend it all on the spec ops choppers.

With my personal and relatively limited experience with casualty rates, I'm spending my valor on different units and not loading up on any one in particular. For me, the magic number for any single unit seems to be around 18 percent of my attack force. That is, if I keep any single unit at or below that number, casualty rates are a mostly trivial concern. Even my meat shield losses(commandos) seem to drop when they get to around that number.

So If it was me, I'd pick up some choppers but I wouldn't exceed that percentage of my force composition with them out of fear of having them drop too fast. I've read other people report different sweet spots so I have no idea if this number would work for anyone else.

I would love to see Kiss of Death do one of her Sexy Numbers Analaysis reports on the benefit of spending 40,000 valor on buying more Super Hornets @ 350 VP each vs a lot fewer Special Ops Helicoptors @ 600 VP.

There are several factors to doing that calculation Mcdoc and the answer depends on whether your primary concern is attack over defense or defense over attack, with the added consideration being the base number for your bottom attack unit after purchasing the units.

In my present situation for an attack focus it would be choices of SH, SE, SF, EAD, GIGN
Defense focus would be MLRS.
Balanced option would be HM, EOH.

I am actually starting to work on combinations of these units to achieve a set increase, eg 3SF, 9 MLRS, 5SH, 5EAD, 3EOH achieves a post boost increase of around 600 points both attack and defense.

i already have 300 super hornets and 300 stealth frigates. i'm not going to maintain them anymore though. i'll let it drop down to about 200 of each. my casualties have been pretty bad lately

yea i'm 115k bp from completing. captain takes SOOOO much longer than the other ones. it really does suck. i havent got any HM's/attack drones/wont be getting choppers
