After you install the app And take a screen shot or photo. Click on upload image.

Click from existing. Pick a photo. It will process.

Then click the photo you want to copy to forum. On the bottom right you will see an "I".

Click the "I" and a variety of codes will pop up. These codes are one click copy. Click the "img" code to copy for forums.

Then you just come to the forum and paste.
