depending on your level I'd say do the TL goals (and the other PVP goals in between)...

You get RP - then a boatload of RP with the completion of goals - you get PVP drops - and you get respect items with TL completions... and you can save up to buy more RP items...

What level are you? what's your A/D?

I just do Ma Sheng at the blackmarket. A few quick clicks and my energy's all drained. Loot is good too.

I'm level 159 attack 30,000 defense 35,000. I have all maps available.....
