Okay... going to start another list for top Defense stats for each of the brackets. All of the tiers are staying the same.

Guidelines:

1. All info must be specific (no 'ish stats, ie 10k)
2. I need to know exactly what level the applicant is!
3. Due to the different brackets at each level, this list is going to be solely for those with MAX mafia!!

***I am only going to update this once per day, gather all the applicants during the day, and updating either at night, or in the morning!***

I'm staying at 300 mafia so far(18300 defense), can see 500 folks and completing thug life with no problem. So there is no point moving up to the whales mafia size to get myself in trouble.

will only move up after my vehicle section is filled. Haven't lost any battle in over 1 month at 300 mafia,I put 100 def points. I don't understand why people raise their mafia over 300 when they don't even have that much cars.

Quite simple really... It is unethical to do TL goals of a specific requirement without having those yourself to level the playing field.

I think you're totally wrong with your statement. Hackers and cheats aren't interested in hanging around and building a strong economy. The clear winners in tiers 1 to 3 are going to be players who have a lot of knowledge about Crime City and probably have a very successful hood in the higher levels. I see you're top of tier 3, should i assume you are a hacker or a cheat then??

They sent out mass add when they where level 5 to build there night clubs. They now have 2 of them and full armor/guns/vehicles/melee that are are level/mafia unlock. Also they have scratchers which my stupid android camper account does not.....

I would assume Dreeno33 would give bcyb a run for there money in attack and defense if he wasn't to chicken to add mafia instead of just having 3 at level 9...just joking dreeno33
