Amor and weapons?

Do the best weapon in the defense class if you have it does it work on defense and on Attack does the better attack weapon work? are they intercaangeable?

In terms of attacking PVP, the weapons/ armor with the best attack are taken into battle regardless of defense. Same thing goes for if you are being attacked except you take in your best defensive weapons/armor regardless of attack since you are only concerned with defensive stats.

So yes you can attack and defend both with armor and weapons if they have the best stats.
