Collecting from my building glitch?

I have just collected from my buildings twice in a row...

For example, I collected my level 5 mt, I closed the application,

I reopened it after a minute and then recollected again from the same mt.

This happened with all my buildings...

Is there a glitch or just server issues?...

Server issue, you should send a ticket with picture and detail of exactly what the issue is.

More detail you give the quicker your problem be solved otherwise it just get push back.

No not me personally.

I'm using a iphone 4 & never come across that.

Other may and may post to enlighten you.

It may be you are running CC & KA both with 5 min building.

When I had laundromats(CC) & supply depot(MW) both 5 min building my building use to phantom collect and the building timer use to reset on MW without me collecting my money but that happened to my 24 hour building.

I don't play KA so can't say if it a issue cause my KA on the CC game.

Data is not sent to server in real-time. If you switch from Crime City right after collecting, chances are that the last state was not saved to server.

Are you playing on an iPad? Did you minimize the app by using the home button?

Yes, I do play crimecity in iPad.

I will send a ticket to find out...I am having some troubles since the recent update...

The " god" of crimecity will give me the answer...

Well on an iPad you can fourfinger swipe to another app and the progress won't be saved.

ive got the glitch were when i get robbed it doesnt actually deduct money from me,been like dis for 1 month :)
