What would be a decent IpH for a free player?

Dreno, I only have one device but running three games. Definitely like another new account to apply all I learnt from forum.

Actually I'm really interested in how far a free player can go, carrying the craving for gold buildings and persistence to this game. Level doesnt matter. I'm 102 now,doing thug life non stop so far...

I mean there's obviously no free player reached 1m per hour, right? Or there is!?
But who is right now the king of free player? What is his base like?

TBH,it's hard to keep yourself free when income and lvl gets higher.
