Thanks Warrends, I appreciate all the advice. I'll resist the urge to attack, I only did enough to get myself to level 10 thinking that might be where I needed to be to activate the "Limited Time Goal". It shows as in progress under the globe icon but no highlighted folder above for me to participate. The level 40 thing does probably explain that though. I would like to do the boss event which I assume is the "Dunny Flick" event I see as listed as starting today. Hopefully that will be available to me later today when that begins.
My plan was to build up a strong profile over the next several months and join a faction in the fall when the days get shorter and I have nothing better to do with my time anyway :)

good for you that it works fine, but it just wont start at my phone, really strange, never had this before. Just everybody in my faction has it, few even have the big unit from the glitch.. and Dunny Flick wont even start here..

How can I view which units are being used for defense? I know its the top xx units in defense score, but is there a way to view the used units the way we can view attack units during raids against rivals?

Its probably been covered, but I see many people bring more then 2000 units to battle, how is that possible. I thought 2000 was the maximum.

Does stamina matter? Other than raiding or attacking in pvp does it affect how many attacks we can get in during wars? Ive been focusing on energy in order to preload the maps in between events but I wonder if buffing my stamina would help in wars.

to iTunes, synched both devices. When I turned on the iPad, my apps/icons were there, including MW.
Problem; it took me to lvl 1, all my units, bldgs, money, XP, all gone. It had my name as Alex,(my name in-game is same as here), & I don't have a clue what to do. I've been told I need a Funzio acct, but how do I get one? Somebody said go (in-game) to menu,help, make Funzio ID. There is no place to create an ID
that I see. I've tried doing it on the internet, still haven't found a way to do it. I've sent in 2 seperate

Basically you have started the first part. It may take the support team a bit of time to come back to you. But the important things you need is your Player's Name (the exact name including the casing on it) as well as your Player's ID. What the problem is that your account is associated to your iPhone. What Support needs to do is point/associate your data on the back-end system to your iPad. It's a pretty easy process to do. If you have purchased any Gold or money in the past, this will help them locating the data and ensuring that it is yours.

Just be patient a bit till they come back to you on this (easier said than done).
