How long to recover?

Anyone know approx how long it takes for a player to recover enough that he can be attacked again after the "too weak to attack" message?

Guy I took for 220k a couple hours ago is still sitting on 400k unvaulted...

FWIW: Has to be >10 hours, since I still find the guy unattackable. Boo.

I'm pretty sure you can't attack the same person twice in one day. To the point where they're too beat up.

I have been attacked by this player 3 times, the diff between his las 2 attacks was 16 hours

We had this discussion a while back and came up with 5 days. But i think its different now since the update. By the way, how do you find these guys? I can never find anyone with hardly anything unvaulted!

I figured out why my guy was always too weak - he's got way too low an A/D for his level/allies & he's been getting pounded non-stop by people looking to complete TRs. I had to wait in line to get a shot.
