What? I'm lost...

Whatever it is can probably be fixed by deleting and reloading the app. If not, send customer support a ticket to look into it.

I have the same problem!! My hood won't load, most other locations won't load, and most of my profile is blank. I am getting the same exact error. I even got one saying to uninstall and reinstall the app. If I do that, won't all my progress be lost?? This is baaaaad.
