yeah... I'm with you on the price. I'll have to get good and drunk before I seriously consider doing something like that. If I do buy it, there's a significant chance I'd just quit the game the next day.

Yea, when I first started playing I saw the price and my jaw dropped. It seemed so extremely unreasonable to ask for that much dough. I saw this the first time in a slots game in facebook/IOS so it wasn't the first time I'd seen prices like that in a game.

I was more shocked though to come here and find out people were actually paying it...and that they'd argue about how reasonable and sane it was to spend that kind of dough!

To each their own, but if $20 is the new $1 then I'm going to have to hire more salesmen!

So this being my 49th dollar put into this game for gold really doesnt bother me. And you are right. The weapons you could buy with this gold gives you a pretty damn good advantage over the rest. So getting a dollar off plus two weapons that are about equal to 9 opened boxes in an event (which is pretty hard to do in any given event without using gold) is a sweet deal. I believe people who buy gold would agree.

Dude, I don't even have a game system. The only video games I've played prior to this were angry birds and PokerStars before the Feds shut down my secondary income source.

I bought it and used the gold to buy 3 crates and ended up getting a total of 153 attk and 101 def from two common items and one uncommon. Add the 109attk and 92 def from the bonus items and I guess i feel less violated than usual. And I also have some gold left.

I'm an android user, I feel that anyone who buys gold with real money on this game is technically funding my free game, so more power to them. Some people say gold users are gullible, but I look at them as my benefactor. Without them, I wouldn't be able to play this free game.

Btw... I think the general consensus about android users is that we are cheap, hence we don't buy gold. But to be honest, android users just generally have a short attention span, since we can get free paid apps in the amazon app store everyday, we don't get too invested in any one game.

I know the other mobs have plenty of purchasing power and will ride the free players to death. I figure we get a group of independents together to help out when needed. This is not a gang to bully other players, but a group to help out as needed. Hey, there are a lot of people who want to belong to something they can believe in and this is an option for those. I'm open to suggestions and ideas. No restrictions, rats, rat catchers, free players, gold spenders, whoever!

The thing that sucks about that is... 1 player or 100 players... if they all have worse stats than the gold player... it aint going to make a difference... secondly... it is so annoying to communicate over the wall msgs... how lame is that...

I don't know, maybe you are right. I am just looking for something in nothing. It seems that everyone is scared to move up in the ranks due to the other groups out there, like there is no hope for the future. It can be discouraging to the newcomers, and the long time players as well. I mean spending the entire game camped because your scared to go past 142 is kind of a shame. My thought was I'm sure there are players at all levels who have been the victim of one of the many gangs in cc and would like to have someone to call on when needed. It was more of an on call mob, and not a full time gang.
