Going to spend my 1,000 gold on Scratchers

I've been hoarding 1,001 gold for quite some time now in hopes for a cheap LE explosive. NOPE. I think I will benefit as a lvl 9 much more from spending 1,000 gold in scratchers before they consider raising the price from 20g.

I will now begin to buy 50 scratchers. LET'S HOPE FOR THE BEST!(:
I will screenshot of all of them and will post the top 4 pics and type results of all the other ones.

Let the gamble begin!

Okay, finally finished. I'ma go to White Frog's CC-all-in-one to determine if i could fully outfit my mafia, how much my A/D would increase.


I've noticed I get a bit better results when i ACTUALLY scratch the scratcher. When I click scratch all I would get either $10k, 250R, or Viking Blade...

Looks like some decent cash was received as well, unless you normally have 4 mil unbanked. Those aren't bad items for your lvl for sure. How much respect did you come up with?

LoL sorry dreno , if that is the top 4 , it is terrible 1000 gold for , 2 items that won´t be replaced past 150k stats stage :P

While fun the scratchers , don´t spend big amount of gold on it .

BTW, those are the top 4 (IMO) but some I got more than once. I edited it

I know for many that bunch of loot wouldn't be all that attractive, but for a person at your low level looking to camp who can't engage in fights to gain respect points etc. to outfit your maifia you did very well. You got a little bit of everything in all the categories to nicely outfit your limited crew of 45. You could have bought like 17crates instead. You'd probably have gotten something like 12 common, 4 uncommon, and 1 rare and made out a tiny bit better in the overall numbers, but you would have received less items total and zero respect or cash (which you can really use at this point). Money well spent in my mind bro. Congrats on your enormous bounty of items, enjoy! :-)

I wonder if your character level played a role in what you got?

You'd think with 1000 gold you'd scratch at least 1,000,000 cash... weird...

Don´t worry dreno , the whole issue is to have fun , if you are going gold game , then the fun stops a bit .
Since income is useless , respect is useless , money is a waste of time ... so are buildings .

Events you sometimes have to waste gold on it , cause of the bonus .
But basically the game becomes so different from what Crime City is , that it is stupid to play .

Yeah, but if he hits 10 mil like I did or pulls one of the larger prizes it changes everything. It's a risk as always. Definitely could have been worse. I'm at level 180 and there's items on his list that would have made it into my top 500 so it's not like he didn't get a nice haul.

Well 1500 gold bars is 79 bucks currently, so the 1000 gold he used up was worth about 55 bucks. He said he got half of it for free, so he's out maybe 25 or 30 bucks of his own money and he got all that stuff. Hell, I waste that kinda money all the time (19.99 to get 240 bars) just to open dumb stuff like a few more event crates and we know how that turns out...enhanced bikes, carnival hammers, etc. which are really useless items. He did good for what he actually spent from his pocket and what he walked away with IMO.

There's just different ways of looking at it I guess....the anticipation and fun you get when scratching 50 tickets is an unmentioned prize as well. It's a blast.

We are talking about Crates crates.... Not event crates.. Those are useless :) For now... I still have those RPG crates in my inventory.

I'm talking about crate crates too....the ones that are 3 for 175....that's why I said he could have bought 16 or 17 crates with his 1000 bars instead. My other analogy that you are referring to was that people throw away the kind of money he just spent (25 or 30 from his pocket) on dumb things like resetting timers and opening event crates all the time, and it usually leads to nothing much at all in the way of good new equipment. At least he got useable inventory items for his real money. Could have been worse for sure.
