Nice, both my MT's are 9 and both my Loft's are 6 as well. I like to have all my 12's pumping out over 100k at least. Thats why I would get the condo's to lvl 2.

I am using my Loft (7 & 6) and MT (9 & 8) upgrades to save money for my NC upgrades.

If you already have the nightclub building next should def be the condos, Also i wouldnt take the loft past lvl 6 untill you have the condos because the IPH you will only gain for the money.
