Minimal battles won/at captain rank

I just came across this guy that had just over 1000 battles won, (almost 3k lost) and he was at captain rank. I've been waiting to get to captain to spend a little valor. Is this a cheat? Can I post screenshots of it? (im not tech savvy so I don't really know how to edit it to block his name/ID

Well if you get the symbol but not the award when you reach the minimum, which is what I think it is, there is a very very small chance. Stating the fact that he had 0 before the event started and you took in more that 110 BP per battle(very unlikely)

he could have just did a bunch of raids?

probably a bunch of raids. i came across a glitch or a hacker a while back. the guy was a major and had only 500 fights and 100 or so raids. no way he couldve been a major so i reported him
