What do u guys think? Things are getting too slow on the cust support end. I don't know how under staffed are they but sldnt they act on them fast. Are there just too many games for them to handle?

Writing directly to GREE won't get you any support, honestly. Or you'd be put in touch with the Japanese support team, who couldn't help you with an ex-Funzio title.

You guys read the WSJ? This article will tell you what kind of response you would get from Gree, and just how big of a company they are. Also interesting to read just how much gold they are selling to folks.

While it may seem like you get little support, you actually get more support then you would from alot of companies in the same market. Be thankful, it could be worse.

I was thinking if they could pour in more money to expand the cust support team and dev team so that the issues get resolved fast. My issues were logged for a month, don't know how much longer will it take.

Mark, I guess you'll find out Friday if theres a paycheck or not there for You guys. That's usually a good indicator.

It's not that kind of news. No one is in peril of losing their job. It's more about how we're building things out. It's all positive, stay tuned.
