It's worth roughly 3.3k attack eventually (by the time you get 500 exo's plus a few event cars) to most players, huge gold spenders will be a bit more but not by a huge amount

31 attack excelero becomes a 37 attack , a 18 DD becomes a 21 DD .

No, I was asking if the 20% stat boost was already in place on the Crazy Hit and Runner of if the stats would change once you received it.

People was not sure on the definition of "cars" - it could have been JUST cars or all vehicles... it means all vehicles.

Also the "bonus" won't be visible in stats but should be visible in the PVP/Battle report.

There was some guy in another thread who thought it was confusing. He needed clarification because he felt ripped off when the "energy refills 65% faster" item made you refill 5 each tick instead of ticking more often. CLEARLY that was a a scam...
