Who do I need to sleep with to fix Casualty Rates

Is this ever going to get fixed? I just got attacked by someone with the following stats.

Alliance Attack: 2776
Alliance Defense: 2827

My Alliance Attack: Was 3100+
My Alliance Defense: Was somewhere near 3500

First his rade was successful killing a Hun-vee, he raids again costing me Anti-Aircraft Vehicle, then he attacks me and wins costing me 2 drone spy planes, Leopard Tank, 1 Patrol Boat, 1 Bradley Fighting Vehicle, 2 Hum-vees, 2 army trucks, 1 engineer and 1 Mobile Tactical Unit.

Total loss: $558,000
My hourly income: 69k

This game is pretty wack, I have no idea how someone with minimal offensive power can beat me so badly.

Unboosted stats you are seeing. Multiple times he has hit you. Shown as one attack perhaps, previous statement stands true however.

How is this person winning though? 700 attack to my defense points is a good disparity. Anytime I attack or raid someone like that I always lose.
